Welcome! The Estates of Breckinridge Creek HOA maintains a private homeowners-only email list and website for verified residents. Joining this list ensures you stay informed and connected with your neighborhood.

What You’ll Receive as a Registered Homeowner:

• Official HOA announcements and meeting notices via email.

• Access to HOA governing documents, minutes, and event calendar

• Access to HOA Virtual Assistant for AI chatbot answers to HOA or homeowner related questions.

• Online form to submit Architectural Modification Review Requests

To Request Access and Join the Homeowner Information Portal

• To request access and be added to the HOA mail list please complete this short request form.  We use this form to verify that only EBC residents are added to the group.  You will be asked to provide:

• Your full name

• Street address (within Estates of Breckinridge Creek)

• Preferred email address
  ⚠️ Must be associated with a Google Account (e.g. a Gmail address, YouTube, YouTubeTV, or another email that’s been registered with Google)

• Optional phone number

• Any notes or questions

Why a Google Account Is Required

To protect privacy, all member-only content (documents, forms, calendar, etc.) is stored in Google Workspace and can only be accessed by users who:

• Are signed in to a Google Account, and

• Have been approved and added to our HOA Homeowners Group 

What counts as a Google Account?

• Any @gmail.com address or

• Any other email (like @yahoo.com or @outlook.com) that has been registered as a Google Account (sign in to gmail, YouTube, YoutubeTV, etc)

What Happens After You Submit the Form?

1. A board member will review your submission to validate you are a current Homeowner in the HOA.

2. When approved, your email address will be added to the HOA Homeowners group.

3. You’ll receive a confirmation email once added.

4. You can then come back to this page and access the homeowner information portal using the button above.
